The cart list

  • Toolbar: Status, Last activity dates, search, Filter, Export CSV
  • Cart count, Bulk actions and the checkbox column
  • Row actions under customer names and a mix of statuses

The list shows 20 carts per page, newest activity first, with the number of matching carts above it. With no matches it says "No carts match. Carts are recorded once a customer with an email address (signed in, or typed at checkout) adds products."

ColumnShows
CustomerName and cart number, with the row actions underneath. Guests without a name show "Guest", and anonymized carts show "Anonymized".
EmailThe address the reminder goes to.
ProductsUp to two lines as "Name × qty", then "+N more".
ValueCart total incl. tax and shipping.
StatusA coloured status pill, plus an Emails stopped pill when the address is on the unsubscribe list.
Last activityWhen the cart last changed.

Filter and search

Click Filter to apply, or Clear to reset. If the start date is after the end date, a notice explains that no carts can match.

Export CSV

Export CSV downloads every cart that matches the current filters (all pages) as carts-2026-10-14.csv. The file opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Columns:

Cart · Customer · Email · Products · Items · Value · Currency · Status · Created · Last activity · Abandoned · Recovery email · Recovered · Order · Order total

Dates use your site's time. Text cells are protected against spreadsheet formula injection.

The export contains customer emails and names. Store and share it carefully.

DeleteEvery cartAfter you confirm "Delete this cart record? This cannot be undone.", removes the record. The WooCommerce order is never touched.

Bulk actions

Tick carts (or the header box to select the whole page), choose Stop emails or Delete in Bulk actions and click Apply. Bulk delete asks "Delete the selected cart records? This cannot be undone." You can act on up to 200 carts at a time. You'll see "12 carts deleted." or "Recovery emails stopped for 12 carts."
