One-Click Checkout
A "Buy Now" button beside "Add to cart" on product pages. One click adds the product and opens Checkout, skipping the Cart. Payment and every WooCommerce check work as usual.
- "Buy Now button" settings card
- Live preview in the sidebar
Settings
The main switch.
For example "Buy it now" or "Checkout now".
Off: the product is added to anything already in the cart. On: the shopper buys only this product, in the quantity chosen on the product page. The other items are removed only after the product was added, so a failed add never loses the cart.
Click Save Changes ("Settings saved."). The Live preview card in the sidebar shows a sample product page with your button and updates as you type, before saving; with the button off it says so. Reset to Defaults restores the tab's settings after you confirm.
Where it shows
- On single product pages, right after the Add to cart button, inside WooCommerce's add-to-cart form, so the chosen quantity and variation are used.
- For simple, variable and grouped products that are purchasable and in stock. It's hidden for external/affiliate products and for products that can't be bought.
- Product page with Add to cart and Buy Now
What happens on click
- WooCommerce adds the product with its usual checks (stock, variations, limits).
- With "Buy only this product" on, the other cart items are removed.
- The shopper lands on Checkout without the "added to your cart" message (error messages still show) and pays through your normal payment methods. Nothing is bypassed.
It works on cached product pages too. Going to Checkout needs no security token; only "Buy only this product" needs a valid one, and with an expired token the product is simply added to the existing cart.
