Troubleshooting

Solutions for the most common issues. System Status shows your versions at a glance.

FreePro

WooCommerce's default gallery still shows

  1. Check Enable Product Gallery on the General tab.
  2. Block theme: if the single product template uses WooCommerce's newer Product Gallery block, swap it for the Product Image Gallery block or a Shortcode block with [siteryn_pgz_gallery].
  3. Page builders and some themes use their own product image widget. Replace it with the shortcode.

Settings changes don't appear

  1. Each tab saves separately: click Save Changes on the tab you changed.
  2. Clear page, CDN and optimization plugin caches.
  3. Tablet or mobile overrides ignored: turn on Enable Responsive Breakpoints on the General tab.
  4. With Pro, some Free settings don't apply to Pro styles; see Shared settings.

The gallery looks unstyled on a page

The Free shortcode and template tag load styles only on product pages, and only while Enable Product Gallery is on. Use a Pro style shortcode (which loads its own), or enqueue the assets as shown in the Developer guide.

Zoom doesn't work

With Inner Zoom, a tap zooms instead. Choose None, Lens Zoom or Window Zoom to open the lightbox on tap. Also check Enable Lightbox on the Lightbox tab.

Variation images don't change

Gallery doesn't work in a quick view or popup

Galleries loaded after the page (by AJAX) aren't initialised. Link to the product page instead, or see the Developer guide.

My Pro style doesn't show Pro

  1. Check that the license is Active on the License tab. Without it, the Free gallery shows.
  2. Check that the style is selected on Premium Gallery and saved, and that Enable Product Gallery is on.
  3. Clear your caches.

If Premium Gallery shows a Pro preview banner and has no Save button, the license isn't active: activate it first.

The product summary doesn't stick Pro

Raise Sticky top offset if a fixed header covers it. In block themes, enter your summary column's selector in Sticky target selector. See Sticky product summary.

A video doesn't play or disappeared Pro

"Pro is almost ready"

Pro needs the Free plugin and WooCommerce active. This notice also appears when WooCommerce is inactive, even if Free is active: activate WooCommerce.
