Back up or move your settings, choose what happens to your data on uninstall, check System Status, and run multilingual sites.
Import & export
Tools → Data & Uninstall:
- Download settings file: every setting as JSON (
siteryn-seo-settings-yoursite-2026-10-18.json), to back up or copy to another site. The SEO data of your pages isn't included. With Pro active and licensed, Pro settings are included too (AI keys never are). - Import Settings: drop a settings file (JSON, up to 500 KB) and confirm. Settings in the file replace yours; settings it doesn't contain stay as they are.
Uninstall
Remove SEO Data
Also delete the SEO titles, descriptions, keyphrases, canonical, robots, social and schema fields when the plugin is deleted.
Settings, caches, the 404 log and audit results are always removed. Image alt text is never touched.
System Status
Read-only details to include when you contact support:
- Requirements: PHP, WordPress and WooCommerce versions with OK or Needs Attention.
- WooCommerce: product SEO tools, which page the shop's SEO comes from, the product structured data source, HPOS compatibility.
- SEO Output: whether titles and descriptions, Open Graph and X tags are printed, theme title support and outdated template overrides.
- Environment: database, theme, site URL, cache, memory, server and multisite details.
Multilingual sites
WPML and Polylang are supported:
- Each translation keeps its own SEO title, description, keyphrase, canonical and social text. Robots settings, social and X images and the schema list are copied to new translations.
- Title templates, the homepage description, the default social image and organization details can be translated as strings.
- The page head and structured data follow each page's language; the content audit covers every language.
- Hreflang tags are left to your multilingual plugin.
Privacy
Every SEO, GEO and AEO feature runs on your own server and never contacts an external service. The 404 log keeps no IP addresses or browser details. The only optional exception is the deactivation survey, which sends nothing unless you click "Submit & Deactivate".
