Managing requests
- Siteryn → Estimate Requests (shown while the feature is on) lists requests with the customer, number of products, status and date, filterable by status.
- Open one for Request Details: name, email, phone, message and the requested products (saved as they were, even if products change later), and a Status: New, Reviewed, Responded or Closed.
- The tab's Recent Requests card shows the 5 newest with a View button.
- With AI set up, Summarise with AI on a request summarises it and drafts a reply for you to edit. No price is quoted and nothing is sent; only the message and product names go to your provider.
- Reply to the customer from your own email.
