Bulk generation
Generate content for many products in the background. Results wait in the Review Queue; nothing changes on a product until you approve it.

- Content to generate
Tick the types: Product title, Short description and Long description (both ticked by default), Product excerpt, Product tags, Product attributes, and with SEO on, Meta title and Meta description. Every type is offered here, whatever you ticked under General → Content Types.
- Products
The N products selected on the Products screen (when you came from the Products list), or Products matching a Category (All categories, or any category that has products) and Status (Published, Drafts or Any status). Simple, variable, grouped and external products are included.
- Skip content a product already has
On by default, so only empty fields are filled. A content type that already has a suggestion waiting in the Review Queue is always skipped.
- Options
Brand voice (your Default Profile preselected), Template, Language ("Each product's own language" by default) and, with SEO on, Focus keywords (applied to every product).
- Start bulk job
"Job started for 120 products (up to 240 requests). You can leave this page; it runs in the background."
Recent jobs
The Recent jobs list (Started, Content, Progress, Results, Status) updates every few seconds while a job runs. Results show "to review" (a link to the Review Queue), skipped and failed counts, and the last error. Before your first job it shows "No bulk jobs yet".
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued · Running | Waiting or working through batches. Pause or Cancel |
| Paused | Paused by you, or automatically on a problem that needs you (rejected key, no quota, model not found, provider not configured, license not active, Pro deactivated). The reason shows under Results. Fix it, then Resume |
| Completed · Cancelled | Finished. Suggestions already created stay in the Review Queue |
- Rate limits, timeouts and outages are retried a minute later, up to Retries per Failed Item; items that keep failing, or return an unusable response, are counted as failed and the job moves on.
- When an hourly or daily request limit is reached, the job waits an hour and continues.
- Up to 3 unfinished (queued, running or paused) jobs at a time; a fourth is refused with "Too many bulk jobs are unfinished. Wait for one to finish, or cancel one." The 20 newest jobs are kept.
- Cancelling asks first: "Cancel this job? Suggestions already created stay in the Review Queue."
- Jobs run with WooCommerce's Action Scheduler (Tools → Scheduled Actions) or WP-Cron. They need site traffic or a real cron to keep moving; keep the Bulk Generate tab open to help a stalled job restart.

From the Products list
- Select products, then Bulk actions → Generate AI content: Bulk Generate opens with them preselected. The selection is kept for an hour and cleared once the job starts.
- The AI content column shows a quick quality score of each long description (or "No description") and a "to review" link when suggestions are waiting. It makes no AI requests.
