Pro & license
Pro adds pagination and loading styles, more archives with rules, URL sync, prefetching, and page builder and filter support. Your Free settings keep working.

Pro's three tabs come after Free's General, Appearance and Theme Compatibility tabs, each marked PRO. The Get Premium tab disappears as soon as Pro is installed and running (even before you activate a license). System Status shows the Pro version and a Pro License card with the license status. Pro's settings are saved separately from Free's, and each Pro tab has its own Reset to Defaults.
Activating your license
- Install Pro next to Free
Free and WooCommerce must stay active.
- Open License
Paste your key into License key and click Activate (or press Enter). The status changes to Active and "Pro is active on this site." appears, with the masked key, a Deactivate button and, for licenses with an end date, "Renews or expires on …". The Settings link under Pro on the Plugins screen also opens this tab.

Choose a Pagination Style on Pro Features.

Once a key has been saved, the field shows "Saved key …, or paste a new one": click Activate with the field empty to activate again with the saved key. Check again asks siteryn.com for the current status straight away.

Before activation: preview
Without an active license, the Pro Features and Archive Rules tabs show a Pro preview banner: "Activate your license to use this feature", with Activate license (opens the License tab) and Get a license buttons. You can look at every setting, but they're disabled, the Save Changes button and Reset card are hidden, and a save is refused with "Activate your license to save Pro settings." The Live Preview shows the saved styles. Your store runs on the Free settings only.

License checks, lapses & renewals
- The license is checked with siteryn.com once a day and when you visit wp-admin with a status older than 12 hours. Storefront pages never contact the server.
- If siteryn.com can't be reached, the last confirmed status is kept and the next automatic check waits an hour. After 14 days without a successful check, Pro switches off (status Inactive) until the license can be confirmed again: click Check again once the connection works.
- When a license expires, Pro switches off: the store uses your Free settings, and tag, attribute, brand and page builder archives return to normal pagination. Your Pro settings are kept.
- After renewing, click Check again on the License tab so Pro switches back on straight away.
- Possible statuses: Active, Active (Lifetime), Expired, Revoked, Cancelled, Refunded, Not activated on this site and Inactive. Before the first check, the System Status card shows "Not activated".
Updates
While licensed, Pro updates appear under Dashboard → Updates like any other plugin.
Moving to another site or staging
One license per site: each site address is a separate activation. Click Deactivate before moving the site or switching domains, then activate on the new site. Deleting the plugin doesn't free the activation; only Deactivate does.
Deactivating and deleting Pro
Deactivating Pro restores Free's behavior and keeps everything. Deleting Pro removes its settings and license data; Free's settings stay.
