Mini Cart
A compact dropdown under the cart icon that shows the cart on hover or click, with live quantities and totals.

Where it appears
The Mini Cart appears only where you place it:
- Your theme's cart icon: Header Cart with Action = Mini Cart. The dropdown opens under the icon.
- A shortcode:
[siteryn_mini_cart]in a header block, widget or page. - A theme template:
siteryn_mcsc_mini_cart(). See Shortcodes.
Settings
Off hides every Mini Cart: the shortcode, the template function and Header Cart's Mini Cart.
Hover (Default) opens it when the pointer rests on the icon (a click also toggles). Click opens and closes it on click. Also used by your theme's icon when Header Cart opens the Mini Cart.
Appears only when Open Type is Hover: how long the pointer must rest on the button before the Mini Cart opens.
Appears only when Open Type is Hover: how long after the pointer leaves before it closes. Under your theme's icon, Header Cart's own Hover Open Delay and Hover Close Delay are used instead.
On screens up to 782 px the Mini Cart is 360 px wide (92% of the screen if narrower) instead.
Buttons under the subtotal, linking to your WooCommerce cart and checkout pages.
Shown below View Cart and Checkout when the cart has items, and in the empty-cart message when it doesn't.
The button's label.
Shop Page (Default), Home Page, Cart Page, Checkout Page, My Account Page or Custom URL.
Appears only when Continue Shopping Link is Custom URL: the address the button goes to. Left empty, the button is hidden.
Outline, Filled or Text Only.
Your own image above the empty-cart message, for both the Mini Cart and the Side Cart: Select Image picks it from the Media Library, Remove clears it. Blank uses the default icon.
Text
The heading at the top of the dropdown, next to the item count.
Left, Center or Right, for the title and item count together.
The labels of the two buttons under the subtotal.
Shown under the empty-cart icon when the cart is empty.
Icon
The icon on the Mini Cart button, also used by "Replace WooCommerce Header Cart". Pick one of 10: Basket, Package, Cart, Cart with Bag, Luggage, Shopping Bag, Store, Backpack, Gift or Wallet.
Style
The items scroll beyond this height; the subtotal and buttons stay visible.
Space inside the dropdown.
Rounds the dropdown's corners.
None, Soft or Strong.
Colors, font size, product image size and the opening animation are shared with the Side Cart on the Appearance tab.
How it behaves
- On hover, it opens after the Hover Open Delay and closes after the Hover Close Delay once the pointer leaves. Under your theme's icon, Header Cart's Hover Open Delay and Hover Close Delay are used instead.
- Closes on a click outside, Esc or the × button. Opening another cart closes it.
- Shows items up to the Max Height (480 px by default), then scrolls; the subtotal and buttons stay visible.
