Analytics
What your recovery campaigns send, what customers click, and the revenue they bring back, over time and by campaign, subject line, product and category.
- Toolbar with Period, Apply and Export CSV
- Recovery Over Time totals: recovered revenue, recovered carts, emails sent, link clicks
- Recovered revenue chart and the emails sent / link clicks lines
Period and export
Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default), Last 90 days or All time, then click Apply. Export CSV downloads the same period (see CSV export). Results are cached for 10 minutes.
Recovery Over Time
The first card shows the period day by day, in your site's timezone:
- Totals: Recovered revenue, Recovered carts, Emails sent and Link clicks.
- Recovered revenue: one bar per day. Hover a bar to see the amount.
- Emails sent and link clicks: two lines with a legend. Dots with values appear when the range is 31 days or less.
- Show the data as a table: every number behind the charts, by day (Day, Emails sent, Link clicks, Recovered carts, Recovered revenue), newest first.
For All time the chart covers the last 90 days, while the figures below it cover all time. Revenue is net of cancellations and refunds, which count on the day they happen. The charts are drawn on your server, with no external scripts or chart services.
Summary cards
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Abandoned carts · Abandoned cart value | As on the Dashboard. |
| Campaign emails sent | Campaign emails accepted for delivery. |
| Email opens | "Not tracked" unless open tracking is on; then opens and open rate. |
| Link clicks | Shoppers who came back through a campaign email's recovery link, with the click rate (clicks ÷ sent). Each email counts once. A click counts only when the shopper's browser confirms the visit (or they place the order), so email security scanners that open links automatically are not counted. |
| Recovered carts · Recovered revenue | As on the Dashboard, for all recoveries. |
| Campaign revenue | Order totals of carts recovered through a campaign, minus cancellations and refunds. |
| Campaign conversion | Campaign recoveries ÷ carts enrolled. |
| Average recovery time | From abandonment to completed order. |
| Coupons used | Used / issued. |
| Discount given | Total discount on orders that used a recovery coupon. |
Campaigns and revenue

A/B subject lines
When an email in a campaign tests two subject lines (see A/B subjects), a table compares the variants. Each row is labelled like "Welcome back, email 1 — A", with the columns Email, Subject, Sent, Opens (when tracked), Clicks, Click rate and Recovered. Each cart always gets the same variant, so the results are fair.
Open tracking (optional)
Open tracking is off by default. Turn it on under Reports → Track Email Opens. Campaign emails then carry a tiny invisible image served by your own store, and loading it records an open.
- Only campaign emails are tracked. The Free plugin's single email, previews and test sends never get the image.
- Each email counts at most once, and the A/B variant is kept.
- Only emails sent after you turned tracking on are counted. The note under the cards shows that date.
- The image address holds only internal IDs and a signature, never an email address or name.
AI insights (optional)
With AI connected, the AI Insights card asks your own provider for 3–5 recommendations based on this period's results, for example which campaign to adjust or which email to add a coupon to.
- Click Generate insights
It runs only when you click, never on page load: "Asking your AI provider… this can take a few seconds."
- Read and decide
Each insight has a short title and detail that cites the number behind it. The footer says which provider and model wrote it: "Based only on the totals above; check before acting."
- Refresh later
Results are kept for 24 hours per period. Refresh insights asks again.

CSV export
Export CSV downloads the selected period as siteryn-abandoned-cart-analytics-30d-2026-10-14.csv (7d, 30d, 90d or all-time). The file opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets:
| Section | Columns |
|---|---|
| Header | Store, Period, Generated, Currency |
| Campaigns | Campaign, Carts, Sent, Opens (empty when not tracked), Clicks, Recovered, Conversion (%), Revenue |
| Recovered revenue by product | Product, Product ID, Quantity, Revenue (top 10) |
| Recovered revenue by category | Category, Category ID, Revenue |
| Daily | Day, Emails sent, Link clicks, Recovered carts, Recovered revenue (oldest first; last 90 days for All time) |
The export contains no personal data. Amounts have two decimals and no currency symbol, and text cells are protected against spreadsheet formula injection.
How revenue is counted
- Revenue is recorded when a cart that came back through a recovery link completes checkout. The value is the order total.
- It is credited to the cart's campaign, and to the email and subject variant whose link brought the shopper back. Recoveries from the Free plugin's single email count in Recovered revenue, but not in Campaign revenue.
- Cancelled and refunded orders are subtracted. Revenue never goes below zero.
- Only orders in your store currency are included.
While your license is active, the Dashboard also shows Campaign emails sent and Recovery link clicks cards for its period. Want these numbers in your inbox? See Reports for the daily or weekly digest.
