What it does

Visitors ask in their own words and get an instant answer grounded in your content: your FAQ, business information and policies. When the assistant can't help, visitors reach your team live from the Inbox or through the contact form. The assistant answers questions only; it never changes anything on your site, and it's instructed never to invent policies, prices or dates, or promise refunds.

  • The chat window open on the right
  • Welcome message, suggested questions and an answer
  • On a shop: product cards with Add to cart

Works even without AI

Until you connect an AI provider (and whenever it can't answer), Basic Answers Without AI answers from your own content: Knowledge Base entries, policies, shipping and payment settings and product search. Nothing is sent to any AI service in that mode. Live chat and the contact form work too.

Your provider, your cost

The plugin doesn't include or resell AI usage. You connect your own account, enter your own API key, and pay the provider directly for what you use. Keys are encrypted on your server and never sent to the browser. A response cache, per-visitor and site-wide limits and usage counters keep costs predictable.
